At Nails for Skin of Color, every press-on nail set is handcrafted and made to order, specifically for each customer. Because of the sizing of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

1. No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Each nail set is created based on the size, shape, and design selected by the customer, making it unsuitable for resale.

2. Incorrect Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail sizes before placing an order. We strongly recommend carefully following our nail sizing guide to ensure the best fit.

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders placed with incorrect sizing.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare case that you receive:

• A damaged product

• The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear unpacking video and photos of the issue. After review, the product (press-on) nails will be deliveredwithin 10-12 days.
