Welcome to Nails for Skin of Color. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Made-to-Order Products

All press-on nail sets are handmade and created after an order is placed. Slight variations in design, color placement, or detailing may occur as each set is individually crafted.

These variations are part of the artisanal nature of the product and should not be considered defects.

2. Product Usage

Our press-on nails are designed for cosmetic use only. Customers are responsible for following the application and removal instructions provided.

We are not liable for any damage caused by incorrect application, removal, or misuse of the product.

3. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases involving suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.

If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and refunded where applicable.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, branding, logos, and content on this website are the property of Nails for Skin of Color and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nails for Skin of Color shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

 

Custom Sizes & Custom Designs

At Nails for Skin of Color, we offer both standard sizes and custom-sized press-on nails to ensure the best possible fit.

1. Custom Size Orders

Customers who require a custom fit must select the “Custom Size” option when choosing their nail size while placing the order.

After completing the purchase, customers are required to:

1. Share their order number on our WhatsApp.

2. Send their clear hand photos as we instruct them on WhatsApp custom nail measurements following our sizing guide.

Once we receive the measurements, we will begin the process of crafting your press-on nail set.

Please note that order processing will only begin after we receive your nail measurements.

2. Responsibility for Accurate Hand Pictures

Customers are responsible for providing accurate hand pictures as we instruct them on WhatsApp . Nails for Skin of Color cannot be held responsible for incorrect sizing due to inaccurate and unclear hand pictures.

3. Custom Designs

We also accept requests for custom nail designs. Customers may share inspiration images or design ideas through WhatsApp or Instagram before placing the order.

4. While we strive to closely match inspiration references, exact replication of designs cannot always be guaranteed, as each nail set is handcrafted.

5. All custom-sized and custom-designed orders are made specifically for the customer and therefore are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
